Therapy is an investment in your well-being. My goal is to provide thoughtful, intentional care while maintaining a pace that supports meaningful and sustainable change.

Session Fees

• Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $285

• Individual Therapy (53+ minutes): $225

• Individual Therapy (45 minutes): $175

For clients using insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your individual plan benefits, including deductibles, copays, or coinsurance.

Caldera Therapy is currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and is in the process of becoming credentialed with additional insurance plans. Insurance coverage varies by plan, and clients are encouraged to verify their individual benefits, including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.

Clients are responsible for any portion of fees not covered by insurance.

If Caldera Therapy is not in-network with your insurance plan, services may be provided on a self-pay basis.

Caldera Therapy uses a secure, HIPAA-compliant system through SimplePractice for scheduling, documentation, and payment processing.

A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all clients. Payment for services is due at the time of each session, and for convenience, charges are processed automatically following appointments. For clients using insurance, any copay, coinsurance, deductible, or remaining balance will be charged after insurance has processed the claim.

This process allows session time to remain focused on your care rather than administrative details. If you have questions about billing or need to update your payment information, please reach out prior to your appointment.
