Hi, Hello!

My name is Charlie, and my goal is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to slow down, understood without needing to explain everything perfectly, and supported in making meaningful change. My work is collaborative and grounded, guided by respect for the nervous system and each person’s lived experience.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with advanced training in trauma-focused therapy. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), integrating them thoughtfully and gently to support healing without overwhelm. Sessions are structured and intentional while remaining flexible to your needs and pace.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, with a particular connection to supporting first responders and individuals impacted by trauma. I believe therapy is most effective when people feel safe, heard, and supported in moving forward at a pace that feels sustainable for them.

Western North Dakota is home to me, and outside of work I am a mom of two young kids who understands the realities of balancing full lives while still needing space for support and care.
